Birth Years 2013 and 2014

On Saturday, Jan 6th 11am at Faller Park, 1000 Faller Ave in Sanger.  Please fill out the Pre-Registration form and submit.  For details please contact us or Head Coach Nate Rodriguez 559-787-0218.

 

By filling out the form and submitting you agree to our latest liability release form and release Warriors FC and any connected parties from liability.  You also agree that your child is currently covered under active health insurance.

By completing the pre-registration you are now fully covered to participate at the try out date(s) listed.  You will not be required to fill out any paperwork on site, unless needed.  Please report and have your player(s) ready at least 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled try out time.  See you soon!  Good luck and thanks again!
